Driving Lessons

All driving lessons, whether individual one-hour lessons or 40 hour intensive courses, use the unique LD System of Driving Tuition (nothing else even comes close). The only difference is the time period you spread the lessons over. Driving lessons can be booked week to week, or in advance, and for a minimum of one hour. Times can be arranged to suit individual circumstances. Lesson slots can be morning, afternoon, evening or weekends, as available. Prices are discounted for block bookings. ie The more you block book in advance, the cheaper the lesson rate.

.

Weekly Lessons

For the first few lessons, covering Basic Control Skills, one-hour lessons are usually adequate. However, as you progress on to “Road Skills” & “Traffic Skills,” longer sessions will be required. This is because we need to travel to more suitable roads and practice in the Test Centre areas. Two or more hours are recommended at this stage.

If you take just one hour each week, it will take substantially longer to pass your driving test. Two or more hours each week gives you the chance to consolidate what you have learned before you forget or get rusty, and your progress will be quicker.

.

Driving Courses

If you are in a hurry to pass your test and you have the available time, booking a course is recommended. Choose whichever one of the following courses will suit your level of experience and circumstances.

Depending on which course you choose, you will also receive some of the following: “LDC Driving Skills DVD”   “LDC Driving Skills Workbook”   “LDC Theory & Hazard Study CD-rom”    “LDC Theory & Hazard Study Workbook"   “Highway code”   “Driving, the essential skills”   “DSA Driving Test fee.” Check the “Prices” page to see what is included with each course.
